PRO-IFLA Americas​
About us
​PRO IFLA Americas, also known as the Americas Regional Project, is an initiative seeking coordinated actions with the aim of stimulating the development of Landscape Architecture maps and indicators in order to make feasible for Landscape Architects to express their viewpoints in their own langauge as members of an interdisciplinary team. Indicators are produced by means of information exchange between new and existing projects within the Americas Region. So far out the 17 associations that make up IFLA Anericas 12 of them are already part of the initiative.
MAPPING AND INDICATORS ARISING FROM REGIONALLY BASED PROJECTS CONTRIBUTE TO THE CREATION OF A COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION NETWORK
OUR MOTTO:
​Facilitate permanent, efficent and effective communication among IFLA America members so that information may be circulated in an updated and comprehensive manner as to portrait the status and development of Landscape and Landscape Architecture in each country of the Americas Región.
